PCB Layout Designer

Responsabilities

• Design schematics and layouts from requirements and/or architecture documents
• Select and purchase components
• Coordinate PCB manufacture and assembly
• Develop and implement board test procedures

Skill Set

• Essentiel
• Expert at high density, multi-layer (6 or more layers) PCB design and layout
• Fluent in French or English
• Assets
• Digital Electronics Design
• Design with Surface Mount Technology
• OrCAD PCB Editor
• OrCAD Capture CIS (OrCAD Version 15.7 or higher)
• VHDL and FPGA
• Linux
• C/C++
• Bilingual (English and French)

Experience

• 2-5 years of current experience in PCB layout
• Must be able to demonstrate relevant layout experience
